Eisai

Eisai is an oncology and neurology focused pharmaceutical company. They relocated their U.S. headquarters from Woodcliff Lake, NJ to a new construction in Nutley, NJ, where they decided to occupy the entire fifteen-story building. The company took the relocation as an opportunity to demonstrate to their employees their continued commitment to sustainability and well-being.

The interior design program includes different amenities meant to promote collaboration and wellness such as a coffee bar, a full-service café, tech bar, an auditorium, a conference center with an event space, Learning and Development center and an on-site dedicated health and wellness suite. The program also features over 1600 code-complliant regulatory signs, that are custom to the space and meant to support the company's various sustainability and wellbeing efforts.
