Subway Miami Headquarters

With the opening of Subway's new Headquarters in Miami, Subway® hired HLW to design a vibrant workspace for the two-and-a-half floor corporate campus, dividing it into six distinct "neighborhoods" with custom graphics and signage inspired by Subway's brand illustrations and Miami's Art Deco design history.

These neighborhoods were named after different food adjectives found in Subway's fresh ingredients for their sandwiches, and are differentiated by custom designed graphics arranged in a grid-like pattern scheme. Each neighborhood showcases the brand in a unique way represented through different materiality and details in the environment such as custom lighting, backsplash tiling, and floor and window laminates.
