Verizon Touchless Retail

Touchless retail message and operation strategy created during the 2020 COVID pandemic to safely maintain Verizon store locations open for sales representatives and customers.

After dissecting the customer journey, the team was able to find multiple opportunities where the journey could be disrupted to create a smart queing system for customers to safely visit and shop in the stores while complying with the CDC safety standards.

NextGen Aisle Header Curation

Crafted a system for standard and premium aisle header fixtures in NextGen stores to ensure consistency by using headers as wayfinders.

With the goal of creating more impactful, visually consistent, and narrative driven displays, we proposed to create new merchandising categories for premium aisle headers to promote more Verizon products and network-tie ins.
